From a research brief to reviewed delivery
Begin with the figure’s purpose and shareable research context. Agree the scope in writing, review the scientific draft, then check the final files and usage rights.
Prepare a shareable brief
List the research area, intended figure, approximate panel count, target journal, available source material and deadline. Establish confidentiality and file-transfer arrangements before sending unpublished findings.
Agree scope and milestones
Confirm the number of figures, concept work, 2D or 3D treatment, author-review stages, revision scope, editable source and export formats. Read quotation preparation and choose the relevant service.
Review content before detailed production
Approve objects, relationships, label wording and reading order at sketch stage. Keep a record of scientific approval and requested changes. A changed research direction or extra panel may require a revised scope.
Inspect the delivered files
Open the actual exports, check final-size labels and compare them with the approved source. Confirm permissions and the agreed editable elements. Contact us at szy914398709@gmail.com or X @lingjiangkeshi.
